We provide bus and streetcar services to the New Orleans community.
It is the policy of the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) that disadvantaged, minority and/or women-owned businesses have fair and equal opportunity to participate in RTA procurements. To implement this policy, the RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26. The RTA DBE Goal for fiscal year 2010 is twenty percent (20%).
