RTA strives to establish a level playing field for the various businesses that compete for the taxpayer dollars we spend. The RTA also works to ensure that the businesses and workforce building our regional transit system represent the demographics of our region.

Procurement and Contracts is RTA’s central function through which public solicitations are issued and procurement contracts are awarded.

- Certification of Restrictions on Lobbying
- Consultant Questionnaire Form (PDF, Word)
- Non-Collusion Affidavit
- Participant Information Form
- DBE Form 1 – Contract Participation and DBE Commitment
- DBE Form 2 – DBE Participation Questionnaire
- DBE Form 3 – Documentation of Good Faith Efforts
