NEW ORLEANS  -  The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) invites locals and visitors to roll with us to the 2025 French Quarter Festival, happening April 10 - 13. With limited parking and heavy traffic expected, public transit is the easiest, most stress-free way to get to the heart of the festivities. Whether by bus, streetcar, or ferry, RTA has you covered--so leave the car behind and Catch a Ride to the Quarter! 

To support the anticipated increase in ridership, RTA will operate an additional ferry boat on the Algiers - Canal Street route throughout the festival. Riders can also take advantage of enhanced service on the Canal Streetcar line, offering more frequent trips for convenient access to the French Quarter.
