NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is collecting responses for a survey focused on rider notifications from the agency. With the goal of improving notifications for riders, the RTA seeks to better understand current rider tools utilized and preferred methods of communication moving forward. The survey can be found at www.norta.com/rider-notification or call Rideline at 504-248-3900 until Friday, February 11.  

This 60-second survey is critical to helping RTA understand how riders learn about changes to bus and streetcar service, routes, and schedules. RTA will be implementing a major change in service later this year as part of the New Links network redesign and wants to know how best to keep riders informed and prepared for those changes.
