RTA Transit Services, Rideline, and Customer Service Center to Remain Closed on Wednesday, January 22
- January 21st, 2025
Due to the ongoing snowstorm and freezing weather conditions, all RTA transit services, including bus, streetcar, and ferry services, will remain suspended on Wednesday, January 22. The Rideline and Customer Service Center will also be closed for the day.
The RTA’s top priority remains the safety of its operators and riders during these hazardous conditions. Once roadways and bridges are deemed safe for travel, RTA operations will resume to serve the community.
Riders are encouraged to stay informed about when service will resume by visiting www.norta.com/servicealerts or signing up for NOLAReady alerts. Updates will also be shared in the RTA Le Pass app and on Twitter at @NewOrleansRTA.
