Opportunity Pass

In partnership with RIDE New Orleans, New Orleans Public Library and New Orleans Children and Youth Planning Board, RTA is providing a zero-fare Opportunity Pass pilot program for eligible Orleans Parish residents aged 16 to 24.

Riders may sign up for a pass at any library location, with the pass accessible through the Le Pass app.

Riders must have the Opportunity Pass in the Le Pass app to ride for free.
