Fall 2024

Fall service begins September 22.

This Fall’s schedules bring slight schedule adjustments to seven bus routes, route adjustments to two bus routes, and detours in effect on three routes due to ongoing roadwork. Several schedule adjustments will lead to minor improvements in service frequency.

RTA will be returning the 66-Hayne Loop to its previous route after completion of repairs to the Seabrook Bridge, resuming serving the University of New Orleans and Southern University-New Orleans.

Additionally, Jefferson Parish Transit will assume operations of the 201-Kenner Loop bus route, which will no longer be serviced by RTA.
